Dear Wikipedia dot Org People,

I was being specific in my edit, saying that the Doctor had done their job correctly, but the dispensing Pharmacist had made the mistake.

Seems to me that Mr. ClueBOT NG needs a little (maybe a whole lot) of work on its algorithm! AI is still a far bit off from human intelligence.

Maybe it would be more succinct to just say:

*Error by the pharmacist?

Or perhaps I could just add a section on "causes of errors leading to iatrogenesis"?

Please explain "ANN" score. Can not find anything on Wikipedia or on a ddg.gg (duckduckgo.com) search on the web.

Thanks for Reading,

George V73GT

I was separating the source of the Iatrogenesis, and making it the problem of the Dispensing Pharmacist, and not the doctor prescribing the medicine.
