The American alligator was first classified by French zoologist [[François Marie Daudin]] as ''Crocodilus mississipiensis'' in 1801. Members of this superfamily first arose in the [[late Cretaceous]]. ''[[Leidyosuchus]]'' of [[Alberta]] is the earliest known genus. Fossil alligatoroids have been found throughout Eurasia as land bridges across both the North Atlantic and the [[Bering Strait]] have connected North America to Eurasia during the Cretaceous, [[Paleogene]], and [[Neogene]] periods. Alligators and caimans split in North America during the late Cretaceous and the latter reached South America by the Paleogene, before the closure of the [[Isthmus of Panama]] during the Neogene period. Description of incident- Jonathan Ferrecio was skipping classes and I saw him playing baseball in the ward, when I calmly asked him to go to class he claimed he would "shut me the fuck up" and I told him to watch his language then he ran away from the classroom. He can be anywhere, he could even be hiding in the dark corners of your office.

Description of incident- Student had arguement over misspelled word. When I told him that he misspelled a word, he said he is always right and he does not have to "fucking" respect me, then I calmly told him to leave the classroom with please in it then he packed his bags and hit a student with it, and gave me the middle finger. I also overheard a threat where he said he would "fucking shoot up the whole motherfucking school" and he made a gun gesture. I take these threats seriously and I told him that not only will this be documented, but he probably might get a referral to the police department.

Description of incident- Javier Fransisco was skipping people in line saying words like ''move motherfucker'' ''move bitch'' and ''get the fuck out of my fucking way you fucking bitters retarded assdicker.'' When students alerted me to what happned i told him to stay after sat school to have a conference. I warned him that the incident was documented and i told him that if he gets in trouble one more time there may be a parent conference. He started insincerly apologizing which he was laughing and cursing while doing it. I tried to type up the incident when it happned but he almost cut the cord so i had to send him home while now i type the form.

If he continues to skip detentions he may get ISS then eventually OSS. His behavior in saturday school was unacceptable and he needs an ISS for that.

Description of incident- Student was bullying students on bus using sexual slangs like ''dick'' ''fuck'' and ''balls'' towards girls on the bus. When i sat him next to a black student, Diego went ahead and started using extremely offensive racial slurs like ''nigger'' and ''oreo'' towards the student. When i told him to stop being inappropriate he told me to ''shut the fucking hell up'' which then i told him to stay in the bus after everybody goes home to discuss this issue. I nicely let him know that he said inappropriate sexual and racist stuff towards other students and that the incident would be documented when he left he gave me the middle finger and said that I'm a ''fucking piece of shit''.

Description of incident- Ryan was in class while we were having a lesson. I over heard Ryan saying ''shut the fuck up'' towards another student. Then we discussed this after class and i calmly told him that he was overheard using an inappropriate four letter word, and that he would get a detention. He said another student said something mean to him which provoked him into saying the f word. Then i explained that he should not curse others back. He then said that he ''cant serve the fucking detention'' and claimed he can't ''fucking'' help himself.
