     From 12 June 1915, her married name became Noel-Baker.1

Francis Edward Noel-Baker was born on 7 January 1920 at Kensington, London, England.3 He was the son of Philip John Noel-Baker, Baron Noel-Baker and Irene Noel.1 He married, firstly, Ann Lavinia Saunders, daughter of Hilary St. George Saunders, in 1947.4 He and Ann Lavinia Saunders were divorced in 1956.4 He married, secondly, Barbara Sonander, daughter of Joseph Karl Sonander, in 1957.4 He died on 25 September 2009 at age 89 at Euboea, Greece.3
     He was educated at Westminster School, Westminster, London, England.3 He was educated at King's College School, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.3 He fought in the Second World War, with the Royal Tank Regiment and Intelligence Corps.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Brentford and Chiswick between 1945 and 1950.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Swindon between 1955 and 1969.3
